Omg! Our Childhood White Rabbit Candy Is Releasing A Lip Balm Series!

Come Sept 20, fans of gimmicky beauty products the White Rabbit candy - or at least those who are staying away from sugar - can lick their lips and pretend that they are eating their favourite candy.

White Rabbit is collaborating with Maxam, a Chinese cosmetics company, to bring back nostalgia. The chewy milky candy of Shanghai origins first introduced to the world in the '40s is making a comeback but this time, in a different approach.

According to a spokesperson from Maxam, it is said that the product is still undergoing production and storage work and was slated for an October release but "given the demand online, we have arranged for a limited number to be launched on Sept 20."

Today, the product have already been listed on marketplaces like Taobao and one listing suggested that it would only cost 95 yuan~ (SGD$19!)

White Rabbit has been a popular candy brand around the world and it's no exception here in Singapore so we are super excited for this lip balm. We wonder if it'd taste exactly like the candy? OMG.
