Newly opened at Tampines 1, this spot is an absolute must-visit for anyone who wants to try their hand at making bubble tea, or just kick back with some personalised drinks and ice desserts.

To participate in these Create Your Own Drink sessions, simply order from a menu of The Alley's globally top-ranked drinks. Currently, these include signature beverages like their Royal No. 9 Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Deerioca Fresh Milk, alongside refreshing picks like Passionfruit Green Tea, Strawberry Green Tea, and even a seasonal launch in the form of Golden Grapefruit Green Tea (only available until 31 January 2025).

Each order comes with a drink kit (served on a tray) filled with fresh ingredients to make your drink with. You and your crew can then proceed to make your drinks and enjoy them immediately!
