PrettyFIT Teams Up With Joanne Peh And Her Daughter To Create A Charming Capsule Collection

prettyFIT, the homegrown footwear brand best known for cute & comfy shoes, turns 30 this year! To celebrate this milestone, the label has teamed up with local actress Joanne Peh and her 9-year-old daughter to create a special prettyFIT x Joanne & Mimi Capsule Collection. As expected from a shoe collection made with design input from a child, the 3-piece line-up has plenty of whimsy and fun that will appeal to both kids and those young at heart.

The Celestial Flats ($79.90) is inspired by Mimi's first-ever shoe design, a curious creation made out of crushed aluminium foil and a red ribbon. The endearing childhood "shoes" has been reimagined as elegant silver flats complete with a dainty little red bow - wearable and versatile with a touch of playfulness. It also comes in a pretty rose gold colourway with a nude bow, and a metallic blue with a red bow. Even the outsoles are pretty! At the base of the shoes are bow patterns to provide traction, and the soles of the flats are also padded for comfort.

If you're more of a heels gal, the Misty Sandals ($63.90) will win you over in an instant. These charming open-toe sandals come with adorable cat faces complete with pointy ears.It comes with a thin angle strap for support and a thick block heel which makes it easier to prance about all day without your feet feeling tired. There's also a cute surprise at the outsoles of these shoes - cat-shaped traction patterns!

The women's version has manageable 5cm block heel that still gives you a nice height boost, while the Junior shoes have a 2cm block heel.

Rounding up the collection are the Starlit Sneakers ($99.90) inspired by Mimi's favourite slip-on boots. Available in white, pink and blue, these high-top sneakers are blinged out in crystal embellishments and come with a sneaky platform heel camouflaged inside the shoe as well as a velcro strap for added comfort. Slip on a pair to add an atheleisure-meets-princess aesthetic to any ensemble.
