Café Kitsuné Singapore Introduces ‘Barista Fox’ Merchandise Alongside A New Seasonal Menu
The matcha season is officially upon us! Among the seasonal matcha offerings popping up on the food scene is Café Kitsuné's upcoming menu additions - a matcha drink and two matcha pastries. The famed cafe at Capitol Singapore will also be introducing a new character named Barista Fox, who appears in a line-up of merchandise.
The Strawberry Matcha Shortcake ($14) is a beautiful little dessert with layers of fluffy matcha sponge, light yet indulgent cream with tangy strawberry chunks, and the signature fox-shaped cookies.

If you're just a little peckish, satiate your sweet tooth and matcha craving with the fragrant Matcha Coco Madeleines ($5.50) or the Barista Fox Shortbread ($5).

Pair the pastries with 3 Layers Matcha, a smooth and umami-filled beverage with a hint of pandan and coconut.

Launching alongside the seasonal menu is new Barista Fox merchandise. Sharp and graphical, this playful black and white Barista Fox seems to come straight out of sketches by Cocteau and Sempé, two French artists known for their drawings of Parisian life.
You'll find the charming fox printed on sweatshirts, t-shirts, tote bags, baseball caps, ceramics and tumblers. Everything comes in the cafe's signature minimalist colour palette.

The Café Kitsuné matcha menu and Barista Fox merchandise are set to launch this March, and will be available for a limited time.
Café Kitsuné is located at Capitol Singapore, #01-11, and is open from 10am to 10pm daily.
