Has severe RBF but is fairly jolly and carefree on the inside. Degree of life satisfaction is heavily influenced by food.

There's something undeniably glamorous about whisking away on a luxury train like the Orient Express. While it sounds like a dream out of a storybook, and an expensive one at that, it can very well come true. The newly restyled Eastern & Oriental Express is set to take off from Singapore to Malaysia in 2024. The cherry on top? The ticket prices aren't as steep as you might think!

As Southeast Asia's most luxurious train, Eastern & Oriental Express interiors have been completely restyled for the 2024 season. The suites are opulently furnished and decorated in elaborate embroidery inspired by regions in Southeast Asia from Thailand to Penang.

On board, guests will enjoy slow-paced living in cherry wood-panelled cabins evoking a bygone era, bask in sumptuous staterooms, feel the breeze in the Observation Car, or have a tipple in the Piano Bar carriage with live entertainment.

All through the three-night journey from Singapore to Penang and Kuala Lumpur, the windows will offer a cinematic 'Jungle Railway' view.

Those who prefer to explore independently will be provided maps and trishaw services with a driver.
