Here's How You Can Create That Cute, Au Naturale Freckles Look
In our last article, we talked about how freckles are often deemed as ugly and are thought of as an imperfection. People (especially celebrities and public figures) would do anything to conceal those spots.
But today, there are also a rising number of people who would do anything to make sure they walk the road with the same freckles.
If you agree with us that freckles are cute, try following these steps to recreate your very own freckled look!
---
Before we begin, here's a look at the freckles that we want to recreate by Instagram influencer Naomi Wyllie.
If you think the freckles might be too much for you to handle, you can opt for a more subtle freckled face which Naomi would occasionally go for:
Here's How You Can Create This Look!
Step 1
I don't know what your usual makeup routine is but you don't have to change a thing as these freckles are joining you at the last stage.
With your brow pen, simple apply 'dots' across your cheeks then to the bridge of your nose and a little between your brows.
To give it a more natural look, the dots should be added unevenly. Don't worry, just try away and see how cute you'd look!
Step 2
Once you're done apply your freckles, set it in with the foundation.
Pat your foundation over with the brush lightly to give it a more 'washed off' and natural look.

There you have it! You're set to conquer summer with your newly-drawn freckles. It's going to be a perfect sunkissed look, we can feel it!

Here Are The Cosmetics You'd Need:
1. A Waterproof Liquid Brown Brow Pen

Anything is great for a start but we recommend this Lancome Brow Pen in Shade 02 as it comes with a felt tip that's perfect for a natural finish!
2. Loose Foundation Powder

We recommend this bareMINERALS Matte Foundation with SPF15 because it's affordable, gives us the matte finish we need to ensure our freckles look natural and it comes with an additional SPF protection that certain foundation might not have.
Well, if you would like to get real freckles then go ahead and risk it with the ones with no SPF protection (lol!!!) because the UV ray is going to be your best friend.
(We're just kidding, but really, please don't belittle these UV rays!)
3. Foundation brush

You can literally use any foundation brush you have but we're just sharing this here because Ecotools produces high quality and environmentally-friendly products. Though the brush is made up of synthetic fibres, it feels so soft you wouldn't even know it's 'fake hair'.
