Blending art with food, The Claire Luxton Experience in Singapore is inspired by the artist's vibrant works - with a selection of artisanal desserts and drinks at the hotel's Lobby Lounge, crafted in a similar brightly-coloured palette to match.

Those who appreciate a good fruity-floral cocktail will love The Secret Garden ($32), a bespoke tipple made from lavender-infused gin, banana liqueur, hibiscus syrup, passion fruit foam, and a hint of berry. Otherwise, there’s also the non-alcoholic Bloom and Blossom mocktail ($25), with lemon and lime juice, giffard violet and hibiscus syrup, and passion fruit and mixed berries foam.

There's also a dome-shaped Rosella Tart ($26), a Bavarois and Lemon Pain De Gênes with berries, rosella marmalade, elderflower cream, sprinkled with flower petals as a whimsical finishing touch.

Topping things off are displays of Claire Luxton's digital nature-themed NFT art, along with a giant 2-metre by 2-metre organza floral display that serves as a gorgeous photo spot. Designed in collaboration with Claire, the giant botanical installation includes various flower species like the orchid and hibiscus, and although of supersized proportions, they actually look highly lifelike.
