FLIPPER’S Singapore Has New Sakura Soufflé Pancakes With Hokkaido Strawberries, Ruby Choc, Ice Cream & More
One appeal of Japanese pancake chain FLIPPER’S is their ever-changing menu that always delights us with seasonal specials (like Yamanashi White Peach!) so we never get bored even after repeated visits. And of course, since they hail from the land of cherry blossoms itself, they aren’t about to skip out on the whole sakura hype for 2023.
This year, FLIPPER’S Singapore has come up with two new Sakura Soufflé Pancakes, along with a generous selection of sakura-inspired drinks. As before, these will only be available for a limited period of time, so make sure you don’t miss out!
FLIPPER’S Singapore’s Sakura Pancakes 2023

FLIPPER’S Singapore’s latest Sakura Kiseki Pancakes are available in two versions, and the catch is that each one is only available at a specific outlet.
The Sakura Pink Soufflé Pancakes ($21.80) can only be found at the Takashimaya outlet. This pink and jiggly Japanese-style pancake is topped with rose foam and vanilla ice cream - along with fresh Chitose strawberries, ruby chocolate shavings, preserved sakura flowers, and strawberry sauce on the side.

There’s also the Bugis Junction-exclusive Petite Sakura Soufflés ($26.80), which are basically five mini soufflé pancakes arranged in a flower formation At the centre is homemade mochi-wrapped vanilla ice cream, topped with a dollop of ruby cream and preserved sakura petals. This, too, comes with the Hokkaido strawberries and ruby chocolate.
As you can see, the components of the two different types of pancakes are more or less similar, but if you’re sharing with a couple of friends the Petite Sakura Soufflés will probably be more convenient.

Accompanying the new pancakes are exclusive seasonal drinks with both hot and cold options. Check out the gorgeous cherry tree latte art, pretty gradient tones, and pink sakura-shaped sprinkles!

These sakura pancakes and beverages are already available at FLIPPER’S Orchard and Bugis outlets and will only be around for a limited period of time till end April 2023, right in line with cherry blossom season.
