Find Your Best Angle
Under good lighting, hold your phone slight above your eye level and tilt it down. Now, smile and start taking pictures from the left, the right, and every angle possible. Determine which is your best angle and stick to it.

The Best Skin Forward - What is your skin type?

If you have oily skin, oil blot your face before makeup. Choose mattifying foundations and definitely, finish off your makeup with loose powder. A tip: Carry oil blot papers with you and blot those oily areas during evening time. You will feel and look fresh after that!

If you have dry skin, apply aloe vera gel the night before or 15minutes before your makeup routine. This will moisturize your skin and give off the glow with or without makeup. Who doesn't want natural glow and healthy-looking skin?

If you have combination skin, use products that are meant for normal skin and put a pack of oil blot paper in your purse. The oily areas will shine at about half-day. When that happens, blot the area and if necessary, touch up on your makeup. You're then, ready for the camera!

Master Contour makeup
Contour is key in looking fab on pictures. Girls, if you're super lazy, all the more you need to master this 30 seconds nose makeup.

And if you want the best, this will push you up on the fab meter.

Typical Face Contour FaceSummary

Eliminate double-chin
Stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth, slightly tilt your head to the side when you're about to take pictures.

Eyeliner and Mascara
Eyeliner and mascara make a HUGE difference to how you look on the camera and in fact, throughout the day. If you have an important event, step up by applying black smudge-proof eyeliner on your waterline. If you prefer thin eyeliner (or if you cannot wing it right), then compensate by using false eyelashes or super lengthening mascara!

Use a Red Lipstick
This is an instant and easiest way to stand out and look fab. Try taking pictures with someone who always wears red lipstick, you will find yourself literally pale in comparison. If you're not comfortable with red lips, then use a flattering peach pink lipstick or lipgloss! Guerlain red lips are the sexiest in both colour and the casing. One of the highest voted lipstick and most desired among woman.

Separate your arms
Be it to hold something up or to pretend to be adjusting or just a convenient hand on hips. DO NOT give cameras the full deal of your arm. Try to hide it beside your neighbour and create a triangle.

I know a lot of these pointers are makeup based tips. As a beauty guru, makeup is almost a necessity to look photogenic. If you have to choose one, invest in a lipstick. It really helps you to look healthier and more alive in pictures. If you're a sucker for natural beauty, remember this: Aloe vera gel will be your bestfriend for the glow and better skin.
