Puzzle Coffee is a popular coffeehouse from Australia’s cultural capital that has four outlets to its name. Singapore’s ION Orchard is its fifth location and first international outpost. Here, its coffee beans are roasted weekly in Melbourne and delivered fresh directly to Singapore.

Its cosy shop seats 20 and channels a minimalist appearance with wood accents and earthy tones, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere. But the space isn’t only about aesthetics. Since Puzzle Coffee is big on sustainability, all the furniture and wall cladding in this space are made from recycled, up-cycled or repurposed materials.

Its eco-friendly efforts don't stop there, though. This Melbournian import has compostable and biodegradable coffee cups and straws that are plastic-free and made from plant pulp. Even the cups you get for iced drinks are fully created from trees!
