Held solely at the Foothills outlet, this collab will only have three banh mi flavours on the menu, so there won’t be any donuts. You can expect all its banh mis to be served with crisp cucumber slices, carrots, daikon pickles and coriander in a freshly baked Tiong Bahru Bakery baguette.

The Dac Biet (“special” in Vietnamese), which is stuffed with cold cuts, shallots and soy chicken liver pate, cha lua (Vietnamese mortadelle), xa xiu (caramelised pork loin), jambon thit nguoi (Vietnamese-style porchetta) and ruoc cha bong (pork floss), is a cult favourite amongst patrons at Nonette, making it a must-try.

The other two options are Jacquier a la Citronnelle, which includes Karana minced jackfruit with lemongrass and mayonnaise, and Poulet Roti, filled with roasted soy garlic chicken - a great option for meat lovers.
