Haidilao Singapore Has A New $10 Full Portion Dishes Menu Plus A New Robot-Operated Restaurant
Having cravings for hot pot? This November, you'll have a good reason to satisfy them at Haidilao as they're celebrating their 10th anniversary with promotions. At the same time, the hot pot chain has unveiled their first-ever smart restaurant with robot arms technology at Northshore Plaza.

Officially opened on 31 October 2022, Haidilao at Northshore Plaza is their smartest restaurant yet.
Stepping into the restaurant, diners get a full view of the Intelligent Food Room that houses Robot Arms behind a futuristic-looking glass panel.

The Intelligent Food Room is essentially a giant fridge that has robot workers sorting ingredients. Once an order is placed via iPad, the robot arms will automatically select the dishes and send it to a sorting area. The dishes are then quality-checked by the staff before being served to the tables.
As this whole process takes place in temperatures of 0-4 degrees, the food is kept at an optimal level of freshness and cleanliness. Each dish served also comes with a unique RFID that works like an ID card, which allows for real time tracking of the dish and reduces food safety risks.

Haidilao at Northshore Plaza also has the same customised automatic soup machine at the Marina Square outlet. This high-tech machine helps to improve the accuracy of ingredients servings and create tailor-made soup orders. Diners can opt for less oil, less salt and even sediment removal.

Haidilao 10th Anniversary Menu at $10/Full Portion Dish
From 31 October to 4 December 2022, diners at all Haidilao outlet islandwide can enjoy anniversary promotions with full portion servings at $10 (U.P. up to $28 each).

There will be two dishes available for the promotional price each week:
- 31 Oct to 6 Nov: Aussie Lamb Shoulder & Signature Mashed Prawn Paste
- 7 to 13 Nov: Iberico Pork & Haidilao Flavored Beef
- 14 to 20 Nov: Squid Balls In Ink Sauce & US Beef
- 21 to 27 Nov: Pork Jowl & Sliced Beef
- 28 Nov to 4 Dec: Pork Belly Rolls & Beef short plate
