New KTV In Singapore Has Affordable Rates From Just ~$2.30/Hour Per Pax, Open Till As Late As 12AM
It’s “revenge karaoke” time - a time for singing enthusiasts in Singapore to go ham after two years of deprivation. But with Teo Heng now requiring bookings at least one month in advance because of the sheer demand, and other places being not as budget-friendly - or not as, ahem, clean - options can be limited.
Instead of resorting to belting out hits in the confines of your bathroom, here’s a brand new, non-lupsup KTV option for those itching to burst into song: All Time High Family Karaoke at City Square Mall, with specialty alcoholic drinks and affordable rates from just ~$2.30/hour per person.

In terms of ambience, All Time High Family Karaoke is bright and minimalistic with all-white walls. This is a fresh change from most other KTVs in Singapore which are usually splashed in gaudy colours, or have dark club-like appearances.
Livening up their corridors and rooms are subtle pieces of neon wall art bearing motifs like microphones and flamingos.

The small, medium, and large rooms here come with cushy beige sofa seats and an extendable coffee table for your drinks. Song selection is done via a tablet.
Room rates are as follows:
- Small room: From $12 per hour (up to 3 pax)
- Medium room: From $15 per hour (up to 6 pax)
- Large room: From $18 per hour (up to 8 pax)

There’s also a larger Function Room, with red retro-esque bar stools and a small sofa in a corner. While this space might look just a tad cosy, the presence of two TV screens allows for good visibility no matter where you’re seated! Topping this is a lovely view thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, but if you prefer some privacy, you can always draw the screen curtains shut.
This room fits up to 12 pax, with rates starting from $28/hour. This means that karaoke sessions here start from a mere $2.33 per person by the hour, should you choose to max out the largest room’s capacity during non-peak hours.

Drinks and karaoke go hand in hand, so you’ll be glad to know that All Time High sells their own! Canned and bottled drinks start from $2.50, with options like Oolong Tea, Lemon Tea, Qoo White Grape and A&W Root Beer, among many others. There’s also Pulpy Orange Juice and Zico Coconut Water for $3.
Don’t miss out on their specialty alcoholic drinks such as Yakult Soju, draught beer, and wine. Stella Artois and Hoegaarden start from $9.90 per 250ml mug, while 2 pints and 2 towers cost $25 and $120 respectively.
