Leckerbaer's New Menu Has Danish Open-Faced Sandwiches, Cute Dessert Jars & More

Looking for a new brunch spot to relax over good food and drinks? Something you can add to your list is Leckerbaer. The Danish cafe has introduced a refreshed menu with a refreshed selection of småkager and other desserts, as well as two all-new menu items: Dessert Jars and Danish Open-Faced Sandwiches.

Exclusively available at Leckerbaer's Keong Saik outlet, the four sandwiches come in four toppings: Spinach Hummus & Poached Egg, Tapenade & Kale Chips, Smoked Salmon & Orange and Parma Ham & Parmesan Tuile.

We loved the hearty and flavourful rye bread that was deceptively filling despite its size, and complementing it perfectly were clean-tasting ingredients. Our favourite was the Tapenade & Kale Chips sandwich which has crispy and light kale chips and fragrant black garlic.

Dessert Jars

Leckerbaer has also launched two new desserts presented in jars! It comes in two flavours: Midnight Chocolate and a gluten-free Lemon Cloud.

Småkager

These bite-sized delights ($4 each, $12 for a box of 4 ) now come with renewed flavours: Vanilla, Namelaka, Chocolate and Hazelnut. These biscuit desserts were light yet highly satisfying! If you need a sweet fix that isn't too cloying or filling, these småkagers are your best bet.

Other new desserrts include the Blueberry Tart ($8.50) and Apple Pie Cream Puff ($8.50), which is back on the menu by popular demand.

Leckerbaer is located at Keong Saik Road 14, Singapore 089121 and is open from 10am to 8.30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and Sundays, and 10am to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
