McDonald's Singapore Launches New Local-Inspired Menu Including Laksa Burgers
We can always look forward to new launches of all-things red & white or local-inspired around the National Day period. This year, McDonald's is joining in the fun with new Singapore-inspired burgers, a drink and pie.

McDonald's has taken an iconic local dish, laksa, and turned it into a burger version in two flavours – Prawn or Chicken (a la carte: $7.40, from $9.10 for an Extra Value Meal).
The Laksa Delight Chicken Burger has a juicy chicken patty with creamy Laksa sauce, cabbage slaw and a round egg sandwiched between butter buns. If you prefer seafood, go for the Laksa Delight Prawn Burger which features a crispy prawn patty instead.

Pair that with another hawker essential - the Teh C Frappé. This take on the classic drink has the rich taste of Teh C topped with chocolate powder and balanced and whipped cream.

Complete your feast with the Pulut Hitam Pie (from $1.70)! This crispy pastry is filled with purple sticky rice coconut cream filling. P.S. Try dunking it into vanilla soft-serve, it's said to make for a glorious combination.
The Laksa Delight Burger, Teh C Frappé and Pulut Hitam Pie are available from 28 July at all restaurants and Drive-Thrus as well as McDelivery, GrabFood and Foodpanda for a limited period.
