Co-created by gaming hardware brand Higround, as well as lifestyle and fashion label PRIX Workshop’s Esther Ng, the collaboration takes reference from retro PlayStation and Xbox gaming consoles.

While it arrives in minimalist translucent white, it lights up in a beautiful spectrum of rainbow hues, including pink, yellow, purple, and red to reveal the inner hardware. The mechanical keyboard bridges the gap between tech and fashion, with features like USB-C detachable connection, macro programming, and fully customisable RGB lighting.

Higround co-founder Rustin Sotoodeh said: “This is the perfect time to show our dimensionality, as a product design studio beyond graphics.”

Meanwhile, Ng takes inspiration from her time at YEEZY, along with her love for retro video games, anime, and cars. Her label has been worn by celebrities like the Kardashians, Hailey Bieber, Ariana Grade, and more.

She says of the keyboard: “I’ve always been intrigued by computer hardware and the interconnectedness of it all, for as long as I’ve been building PCs I’ve wondered what it’d be like to see everything working in its raw beauty while also being protected and as practical as possible — I thought it was a shame that most companies conceal these elements to achieve mass market appeal. Higround has given me the opportunity to share that thought with everyone with this new keyboard.”
