The hottest bag accessory of the season looks set to be Dior’s new 30 Montaigne bag charm (S$1450) which pays homage to Monsieur Christian Dior’s penchant for carrying lucky charms wherever he went.
Rich in symbolic meaning, the bag charm is crafted in either gold-finish or ruthenium-finished metal, with multiple hallmark charms and black lacquer “Christian Dior Paris” signatures.
The seven charms include motifs like star, bee, and four-leaf clover—believed for centuries to have the powers of protection and the ability to ward off evil and bad luck. Paired with lobster clasps, the charm can be easily attached to any handbag of your choice, while of course matching the Lady Dior perfectly.

The lobster clasps at each end allow one to hook it through ring loops or bag handles so that the charm drapes nicely across the front of the bag. Meanwhile, shoulder bags look lovely with the charm looped together at the ends for a chunky stack of shiny trinkets.
