New Trolls-Themed High Tea At Anti:dote Comes With Sushi, Lobster, Truffle Egg, Ribena Blackcurrent Caviar

There's no argument that the main appeal of themed food is the aesthetic, and what other franchise is more suited in edible form than the colourful Trolls? Well, this fantasy is now a reality! Anti:dote at Fairmont Singapore is presenting Trolls – A Tea Experience at Anti:dote, a Trolls-themed high tea in collaboration with PARCO - the first of its kind in Southeast Asia.

From 27 May for a limited time only, the Trolls are making Anti:dote its 'Troll Village' with a colourful photo wall as well as high tea with treats presented in Anti:dote's classic chest of drawers. Each item is an edible work of art with details that represent distinctive traits and endearing quirks of the Trolls characters.

Savouries include the Smoked Ocean Trout with Crispy Seaweed and Trout Roe, Sakura Chicken Beetroot Brioche, and Poached Lobster Charcoal Brioche. After that, savour the sweet treats such as the Trolls Popping Pot with Cocoa Crémeux and Chocolate Crunch, Berries Tea Velvet, Sea Salt Caramel Macrons and Muscat Cupcake with Ribena Blackcurrant Caviar. Of course, it isn't a proper high tea without scones; end the high tea with Devonshire clotted cream over Antidote's signature freshly baked scone, topped with Madagascan vanilla, lemon butter curd and strawberry marmalade.

For a bit of fun (and some IG stories content), add on a Trolls Mocktail ($18), a refreshing concoction of house made mint-infused lemonade. Watch as the cotton candy vanishes in the drink and turns blue when lemonade is poured over it.

Diners will enjoy this vibrant high tea in Anti:dote's cosy bar with a warm, bronze-centred colour scheme, soft lighting and plush seats.

The high tea is priced at $72++ per person, and from $80++ per person for additional Amuse Bouche.
