Surrey Hills Grocer
A new grocer, lifestyle and dining spot in town, Surrey Hills Grocer is where can find Australian produce and products. Its name, Surrey Hills, is an ode to two townships in Australia known for their tranquil atmosphere and vibrant cultural and café scene.
The grocer is tucked away in a quiet area of Jurong - an intentional move to give customers the experience of driving to a farm gate in Australia.
Spanning across 3,000 square feet, Surrey Hills Grocer is built with clean modern lines, natural wood elements and a touch of farm gate rustic.

Most of the products here are made and grown in Australia, with many being made available in Singapore for the first time. Some noteworthy exclusive brands include Rich Glen Olive Oil, a family-owned business that produces olive-oil based food and skincare range, Stonebarn Truffle, the largest commercial truffle producer in West Australia, and Koko Black, an iconic premium Australian chocolatier.
The grocer also works closely with local urban farm, Straits Agriculture, to harvest fresh produce daily for sale as well as to support its farm-to-table concept.

Other highlights are a dedicated Winery with wines sourced from Australian vineyards, the Herbs & Spices Corner, which has up to 24 types of Surrey Hills herb blends, and the Florist Bar, where shoppers can find a range of seasonal floral and botanical offerings from Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

The grocer also has a 38-seater, pet-friendly alfresco café that pays homage to the authentic Australian brunch culture. The menu was designed in collaboration with an Australian Michelin-starred chef based in Singapore.

You can expect elevated brunch fare including Crayfish Benny, eggs benedict topped with marinated crayfish, Steak Sandwich with Australian King Island Sirloin, and Tasmanian Salmon.

The café serves aromatic brews using beans from one of Australia's best known coffee brands, Proud Mary Coffee. Try their classic blend, Humbler – a chocolatey coffee with rich caramel notes.
The café also features a Bakery that produces fresh in-house bakes and pastries daily. Local artisanal brand Creamier has also been brought in, offering Australian product-centric ice cream flavours that use air-flown dairy from farms that can be found only at the grocer.
