Since being launched way back in 1935, the board game Monopoly has been reinvented into numerous different versions, including those with pop culture themes starring Super Mario, Zelda, and even Stranger Things. And guess what - there’s also a Sailor Moon version that’ll have you fighting evil by moonlight and winning love by daylight, and we’ve sussed out where you can purchase it from in Singapore!

In this anime-themed twist, the classic Monopoly game takes on a kawaii appearance featuring all the Sailor Senshi. This goes beyond the celestial-looking box with a fully themed playing board that comes with a good dose of colour - plenty of pink included, of course.

Instead of the usual Community Chest and Chance cards, you’ll be given a stack of Love and Friendship cards instead - two very central themes to the fan-favourite animated series. The game money comes in pastel galaxy-inspired colours, and is printed with the faces of the various Sailor Guardians.

There’s a special storyline to this game too: You’ll be touring all characters of the Sailor Moon S anime, with the aim of owning the four talismans and receiving eternal items in order to defeat a dangerous opponent that has been attacking the innocent in the course of his search for the Pure Heart Crystals. Made from a pretty rose gold metal, they’re designed to look like the various talismans and weapons that Sailor Moon fans would be familiar with - including the Cosmic Heart Compact and Spiral Heart Moon Rod.
