New 6-Storey COURTS Store Is The Largest In Singapore: Stylish Showrooms, Robot Vacuum Testing Area, Gaming Room & More
If trips to IKEA and DON DON DONKI are any indication, the appeal of shopping goes beyond mere products, it's the novel experience that really draws us in.
Another fun shopping escapade you can now add to your rotation of activities is at the new COURTS Nojima flagship store at The Heeren. This massive store is chock-full of everything you'd need for your home from furniture and appliances to bedding. There's so much to look at, test out and even play with at the gaming areas.

Officially opening on 6 November 2021, the COURTS Nojima store spans 189,000 square feet over six storeys and is their largest retail space in Singapore. Three storeys are already open and the remaining three are due to launch soon in early 2022.
Level 1: TVs, Audio & Gaming
Greeting customers at the entrance is a supersized display of 150 TVs, the largest one in Singapore yet.
Behind that is another impressive area, the gamers' territory. There's everything from Nintendo Switch games and Razer gaming audio to an ultra-realistic racing game where you can test out logitech's gaming headsets.

Further down is what looks like the epitome of a gaming man/woman-cave. This dedicated e-sports gaming room pimped out with colour-changing neon lights and stylish Razer gaming chairs, fully equipped to host e-sports tournaments.

There's only one good way of testing sound systems, relaxing at home and letting the sounds pour in. The next best thing is probably the four premium sound rooms at COURTS Nojima. Featuring mid-tier brands JBL, Yamaha and Sonos as well as the high end Danish brand Bang & Olufsen, these stations allow customers to test out the various audio products.

Also on the first floor is the Google Nest Hub store, a rather idyllic and Insta-worthy zone where you can find smart home devices by Google as well as compatible brands like Xiaomi.

And before we move on to the second floor, it's also worth mentioning the drone testing area which looks like a lot of fun!

Level 2: Home Appliances
On the next level are small home and kitchen appliances, premium ovens including Bertazzoni's Heritage series, and robotic vacuums.

Something new is the robotic vacuum experiential area with robotic vacuums from six popular brands. You can sprinkle the paper shreds and food crumbs provided on different floor materials like hardwood and carpet, then watch the vacuum cleaners do their thing for you to judge!

Level 3: Furniture & Bedding
This level houses furniture for the living room, dining room and workplaces, as well as the largest premium bedding range with brands including Serta, Sealy and Simmons.

The furniture showcase looks right on trend, including chunky low sofas that are all over Instagram, minimalist tables and pieces from Itoki, a 130-year-old Japanese workplace furnishing brand that's new to Singapore.

If the store is sounding like a maze right now, there's an introvert-friendly way you can find your way around. Scattered across the store are QR codes on the floor which you can scan with your phone to open the AR guide. Bitty, the COURTS mascot and virtual store assistant, will give you directions on where to find what you need. You can also unlock promotions and deals by playing AR games. No human interaction required!
Opening giveaways and special activities
On the first two opening days on 6 and 7 November, there will be a line-up of activities, freebies and giveaways. $20,000 worth of gift cards will be given out to the first 500 customers at 11am and 7pm on each day. 500 customers will also receive a free Goodie Bag with exclusive merchandise starting at 3pm on both days.
