Local Actress/DJ Jade Rasif Is 7.5 Months Pregnant But No One Believes Her
No way. How can anyone who's more than 7 months pregnant look like THAT?
Local actress/DJ Jade Rasif recently revealed in Real Talk, a popular YouTube talk show where she was one of the four main hosts, that she's actually more than 7 months pregnant.
In that episode, the 24-year-old shared that she conceived the baby in a Bentley, parked at Beauty World Carpark. She didn't want to make the news public because of some issues with a stalker who would have assumed the baby was his. Wow.
How did she stay SO SLIM?!
In another video on her personal YouTube channel, Jade revealed more details about her '6 pack pregnancy'. Her sister Tyen Rasif, a certified pre- and post-natal instructor, was her personal trainer during this period; allowing her to maintain her fit and curvy body.
In the video, Jade shared that she was "kinda sad" about losing her abs and figure once she's pregnant but thanks to her sis, she still managed to get that 6 pack.
Jade's exercise regime put a lot of focus on her core and lower back. Though this pregnancy increased the percentage of her body fats, working out regularly also helped her increase her muscle mass.
