Beer ramen first started maving waves in Canada in the last couple of months. Who knew that we'd be able to try it here in Singapore so soon?

Yes, we know the combination seems weird af but hey, what if we tell you it don't actually contain any beer or alcohol?

Brought to us by En Sushi, the make-believe 'beer' is actually  the restaurant's chilled in-house broth and it's apparently similar to the dipping sauce for soba noodles.

The beer ramen is topped with a layer of egg white, completing the whole 'beer' ramen look.

Before it's mixed with the broth egg foam, the noodles are dippled in ice water; giving us that frosty pint of beer ramen.
