The new couple to join the bandwagon of married couples is TV actress Charu Asopa and her hubby, Rajeev sen who is former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen's brother. The couple tied the knot on June 16th at Taj Exotica Goa. The couple took their wedding vows in two different wedding customs- Rajasthani and Bengali.
However, like every other girl, Charu Asopa was also fascinated with dreamy white weddings and her dream came true at her own wedding. The couple had an intimate engagement ceremony wherein the duo looked absolutely breathtaking while exchanging the rings with each other and cutting the fancy wedding cake.
Charu had earlier revealed her wedding plans during an interview with a leading daily. She had said, "We will have a destination wedding in Goa on June 16. The theme of the wedding is 'Royal Traditional' so everything will be in that style. Functions will be engagement on 14th, followed by sangeet and mehendi on June 15 and haldi and wedding on June 16. We are getting married in both Bengali and Rajasthani style and rituals as Rajeev is a Bengali and I am a Rajasthani."
The couple took it to their Instagram earlier to share some of the beautifully captured moments from their ceremonies. When Rajeev and Charu hadn't confirmed their relationship, a source revealed to a media portal," "Yes, Charu and Rajeev are dating each other. Their relationship is very tender at this stage. Both of them are not ready to talk about their relationship in public as of now and are taking things slowly. They are really fond of each other. The two bumped at a party and got along like a house on fire."
It is reported that the couple will soon have a reception in Mumbai depending on the availability of their family & friends.
