朝早返工咁趕,要用最短既時間整一個又好食又有營養既早餐確實唔容易。簡單易煮既南瓜粥~大部分工夫可以前一晚整定, 第二朝早起身整多兩下就食得! 哩個早餐能增強免疫力,保護胃粘膜,加強胃腸蠕動,幫助消化。加埋豬肉,多含蛋白質,蛋白質好處唔駛多講啦。
